For those who register on site, an additional fee of 100 NIS
You can register/renew membership for the association here.
Booking accommodation in conference hotels is reserved exclusively for those who pay a full conference participation fee.
Those registering for a single conference day will not be approved to reserve hotel rooms through the conference website.
For any changes to your reservation, you can contact the registration center. Starting from the fourth change to your reservation, a fee of 30 NIS will be charged for each additional change.

A written cancellation notice must be sent by mail or fax to the conference secretariat.
Cancellation notice received before October 2, 2025 - no cancellation fee.
Cancellation notice received from October 2, 2025 to October 25, 2025 – a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount will be charged.
Cancellation notice received starting from October 26, 2025 – a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount will be charged.
